Listed here are some answers to common questions.

I'm not particulary good though?

Don't worry! It doesn't matter what standard you are. It's up to you who you get in touch with and play. Also when you add yourself onto a leaderboard for a sport you have to rate yourself out of 10. So obviously if you rate your Tennis skills 2 out of 10, then only beginners will contact you! The site needs a diverse range of skills anyway!

How do I find people in my area?

Well go to view a ladder first. Select the sport you wish to play, then select the country and submit. This display all the people in that country and their locations. Look through the table until you see someone in your area and click on their name. From there you will have access to their email address (if you are a member and logged in!).

How do I find people to play?

You can post a message up in the forums to get a game or simply look through the leaderboards. When you see someone on a leaderboard, simply click on their username to go to their profile. Here will be their email address and various other bits of information. Then the rest is up to you!

What happens after a match?

The loser of the match has to log onto the site and report a loss. The link to report a loss is on the left hand side. As the winner you cannot report a win.

The loser of the match hasn't reported?

Don't panic! Give the person the benefit of the doubt. Ideally the loser should report the loss within 24hrs of the match. If this hasn't happened, then send them an email. If after numerous emails you still don't get a reply, email us.

My username and password don't work on the forum?

Your No1intheworld.com main site (this) username and password will not work on the forum. The forum is totally separate, meaning that it requires you to register. So basically you will register twice, once here and once at the forum. Also remember that you have to be logged in to post at the forum and to take part in polls.

Submitting your picture.

Uploading your picture is very easy. To upload a picture you obviously have to be registered on the site. Make sure you are logged in and then go to the upload page. Press the 'browse' button to location the file on your computer. Note the file can be either a jpg, bmp or gif. It doesn't matter how big or small it is in length or width, but the maximum size the file can be is 500K. Ideally the image should just be of yourself, if there is someone else on the picture please edit the picture to allow other users to see which person is you! When you find the file via the browse window, simply click on it once to highlight it and click open, the browse window will disapear, then simply click on the submit button. Your file will automatically upload to the site. Depending on your connection this could take between a couple of seconds to a couple of minutes.

When you then go to your profile you should see a message stating that your image is now on file and waiting to be approved. Within 24 hours or so you image will appear on your profile and in the members gallery.
